1986 AAU Mr. America and Mr. World Glenn Knerr is the guest this week on the Bodybuilding Legends Podcast. Glenn talks about starting bodybuilding as a teenager and his progression from winning local shows all the way up to the national level including winning the Mr. America and Mr. World contest in 1986 and competing against the best bodybuilders in the country in the top NPC National level competitions. Glenn also shares his memories of meeting Sergio Oliva for the first time, his rivalry with future Mr. America Tim Belknap and posing down with future legends like Shawn Ray, Vince Taylor and Nimrod King.
