Former IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Tom Terwilliger is the guest this week on the Bodybuilding Legends Podcast to talk about the art of posing in bodybuilding (16:47). Tom talks about how he was inspired to be a bodybuilder by the great Ed Corney in 1977 (21:40) and then he explains some of the great posing routines by the top bodybuilders of the 1980's (34:24). Finally, Tom goes into detail about how he developed his memorable posing routine from the 1989 Mr. Olympia contest and the impact that routine made on his bodybuilding career (1:00:10). At the end of the podcast, host John Hansen reads an article from the Huffington Post newspaper that features an interview with director Arthur Allan Seidelman who directed Arnold's first movie "Hercules in New York" (1970) and what it was like to work with a young Arnold Schwarzenegger (1:15:12).
