Bodybuilding Writer and Nutrition Expert Jerry Brainum talks about watching the 1966 Mr. Olympia contest at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Jerry was only 16 years in 1966 but he remembers every detail of that historic night in bodybuilding. Some of the topics that Jerry talks about include: older bodybuilders trying to make a comeback, meeting a young Lou Ferrigno in the 1960's, Jerry's backstage encounter with an angry Sergio Oliva in 1966, Larry Scott's tremendous ovation when he posed at the 1966 Mr. Olympia, the crazy fans who mobbed Larry Scott and Joe Weider after the contest and the bodybuilder who Arnold thought had better arms than he did.
